Thank You, dear sir Nils, for this excellent links !
What a beautiful bird is LN-DAG !
Especially colourful is the combination of silver, green and orange colours on plane's surfaces.

Look the following link:
http://www.flightglobal.com/pdfarchive/view/1936/1936%20-%202617.html?search=%20sikorsky%20s-43
How many of S-43 planes were used in Norway, what registrations they had, and for what purposes they were used ?
Their further fates ?
Any information will be interesting.
Regards,
Eduard.

Dear colleagues !
I think, the Beechcraft C-45/H-18/E-18 Expeditor airplanes were, probably, used in Norwegian civil aviation.
I would like to know their registrations, owners, their fates. And I shall pleased to see any pictures of them.
Wait for the answers.
Best regards,
Eduard.

Dear friends !
On the Net I read a little information, that one Douglas A-26 Invader aircraft was registered in Norway as LN-AER and was used for aerial mapping.
I shall pleased to know more information about this airplane, and to see some images of it.
Best regards,
Eduard.

Well, dear Knut Erik Hagen !
You posted beautiful, clear photos of Proctor. Thank You.
We can see many details, small and smallest parts of the aircraft. This will help to somebody during the modelling of Percival Proctor plane.
Thanks.
Eduard.
-
OK, dear sir Jan H Vold !
Thank You for this link !
I see, that LN-TVM has interesting colour scheme...

Sadly, the image is very-very small...
It is good, that this Proctor has BIG letters "LN-TVM" on fuselage.
(In another case, it could to have small letters "LN-TVM" on it's tail (as on some Australian or Belgian Proctors, for example) - and we never have know, that this Proctor is LN-TVM exactly).
Thanks !
Eduard.
-
Dear Knut Erik Hagen !
Thanks for the answer.
It is sad, that any photos of LN-TVM are not exists...

About Belgian Proctor - I shall pleased to see some images of them (maybe, via private message or e-mail ?)
Best regards,
Eduard.

Hello, friends !
I read, that Percival Proctor aircrafts were used by many countries, including Norway.
The sources writes about one Norwegian Proctor at least, which was registered as LN-TVM.
Maybe, there were more Proctor airplanes, used by Norwegian aviation ?
Who can help me with any images of LN-TVM (photos, profiles) and other Proctors ?
Regards,
Eduard.

OK, mr Nils !
It is clear, that Magister is not SO FAMOUS aircraft, as Spitfire, P-51 or Bf-109. And no wonder, that information about these airplanes is minor, than about "Great planes".
I think, this thread is over (at present days, at least...).
Thank to all.
Regards,
Eduard.
-
OK, dear Sir Knut Erik Hagen !
Thank You for the information. About RAF Magisters - I think the same. Simply I have decided to check the information from site mentioned.
Regards,
Eduard.

Hello !
Who can help me with any information and any pictures of Miles M-14 Magister trainer aircrafts, which (probably) were used by RNoAF ?
The worldairforces.com site reported about two Maggies, which RNoAF operated in 1941-42 (I think, these were used by some Norwegian units in RAF).
And else - maybe, some Magisters were in civil use in Norway ?
Best wishes,
Eduard.

Good day !
Thank you, dear mr Anders and mr Nils, for clear elucidations about this Hurricane.

Hello, dear friends !
On site (see link below) I saw the photo of Hawker Hurricane aircraft, which has Norwegian roundels on wings. And what about fuselage and tail ? Are more photos of this Hurricane exists ?
Or, maybe, there were more Hurricanes with such insignia in Norway (I think, it was after war) ? I shall pleased to see them.
Wait for answers.
Best wishes,
Eduard.
-
OK, men !
Thank You all for this detailed elucidations. I am very glad to get the information at first hand !

Hello !
Thank You, dear sir Knut Erik Hagen, for these beautiful old photos of those beautiful planes !
I want to ask:
- had all Norwegian civil airplanes with early registrations (N-xx) Norwegian flags on their tails (like Moth N-46) ?
Or it had some planes only ?
Regards,
Eduard.
-
Hello !
Thank You, colleagues, for the info. I hope to see some views of those aircrafts.

Hello, friends !
Many sources reported about the using of DH-60 Moth airplanes by Norwegian aviation. Some aircrafts were used by RNoAF, and some - maybe, by civil aviation.
I have questions:
1) What versions and what amount of DH-60 were used by RNoAF and by civil aviation ?
2) Have anybody any images of those military and civil DH-60s ?
Best regards,
Eduard.
-
OK, mr Stein.
Thank You very much for Your detailed information.
Best wishes,
Eduard.

Hello, men !
Thank to all for detailed info !
Kyrre Ingebrethsen wrote:
P-40's were flown by at least one Norwegian...Norwegians flew P-51 with some of the British Squadrons, in 19, 234 and 65 Sqn...
Unfortunately the threads are in Norwegian but please post your questions here or in the respective threads...
Dear Kyrre !
First question: - As I understood, all these squadrons were exactly BRITISH squadrons, with British personnel, and only some pilots were from other nations, isn't it ?
And second question: - Had the airplanes (or any of them) of Norwegian pilots, which are named in whole this thread (also see info from Stein Meum) any kinds of national insignia, signs, emblems, etc. (even small symbols - like small Norwegian flags on fuselages of some aircrafts of 330 (Norwegian) Sqn RAF) ?
Regards,
Eduard.

Hello, men !
In some articles about WW2 history, and history of particular aircraft's types, I read the info, that Curtiss P-40 and North American P-51 fighters were flown by Norwegian pilots too.
Is it truth or false ?
Had the RNoAF those types in using ?
Or, maybe, those fighters were used by Norwegian squadrons of RAF ?
Wait for answer.
Best regards,
Eduard.

Hello !
